About Us

The Koch Medical Trust (The Trust) was established in 1979 as a means to give small and mid-size employers a health plan that provided large-group purchasing power and cost stability. In addition to medical insurance, employers have access to affordable dental, vision, life and disability insurance within The Trust.

The implementation of the Affordable Care Act has resulted in sweeping changes to the health insurance industry. To ensure that our clients were positioned to capitalize on these changes, the structure of The Trust is evolving in the way benefits will be financed, as well as delivered to members.

As a result, we are proud to introduce Koch Benefit Connection. This new structure preserves the founding principles of The Trust; purchasing power, reduced administrative costs, pooling of claims, and plan flexibility. With the aid of cutting edge technology, benefits are now able to be administered and communicated more efficiently than ever. Employees will have more choices and the decision support to navigate through those choices.
